The NFL Alumni Held their annual golf tournament benefiting "Caring For Kids" at The Hills Club in Lakeway. It was a chilly 45 degrees at the 8:30 AM tee time but warmed quickly. Former Dallas Cowboys Ed "Too Tall" Jones (pictured below)..., Bill Bates and Chris Duliban participated. As a volunteer, I spent the day with Johnny Walker, a UT grad and former St. Louis Cardinal running back. Johnny has lots of stories - one is his dad, grandfather and uncle are all named Johnny Walker too! Walker and Dublian's teams joined Kerry Cash's and Tony Franklin's teams in the Sudden Death Shoot-out. Kerry's team won and will travel to the National playoff in Hawaii.
