The sun is just rising as this Water Aerobics group gathers at the Lakeway Swim Center. They meet here each Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning for their 7:30 AM workout. Today, July 24, they are celebrating "Christmas In July!"
Dressed for the day's theme, Terry, their instructor, pushes the group's pace with up tempo Christmas music. Following their hour long workout, all enjoy chocolate milk and cookies.
