Jasmine's Quinceañera
Quinceañera is the celebration of a girl's fifteenth birthday in Latin America and elsewhere. This birthday celebration marks the transition from childhood to young womanhood.
The quinceañera begins with the arrival of the teenager wearing an elegant dress she has chosen according to her preferences in colors and style. The location, if indoors, is specially decorated for the occasion. The quince girl is accompanied by damas and chambelanes, the people who do the dances at the quinceañera along with the Quinceañera herself.
